Take a bath - taking a bath daily is refreshing and makes you feel good. Wearing fresh clothes daily is also comfy.

Diet - Select food to eat. Some highly foods that are spicy intensify odors of the body.

Use anti-perspirant or deodorant - the purpose of deodorant is to only lessen unpleasant odors while anti-perspirants will free you from odor and keeps you dry and fresh. It is advisable to allow both the deodorant and anti-perspirant to dry before putting on your clothes to prevent stain.
